An example record in the Illinois Fusion Center called the Statewide Terrorism & Intelligence Center (STIC). Most of the information comes from the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) which is updated and distributed everyday through the National Crime Information Center (NCIC).
This example is from 2012, so it is somewhat dated. However, notice the level of detail for persons in their database.

The “Disposition Matrix” informally known as the kill list, is a database of information for tracking, capturing, rendering, and killing suspected enemies of the United States. Developed by the Obama administration beginning in 2010.
The process determining the criteria for killing is not public and was shaped by the war criminal, John Brennan, while he was Director at the C1A.
As set by Obama, US citizens may be listed as targets for killing in the database. Suspects are not formally charged of any crime nor offered a trial in their defense. Yes - it is grossly illegal and unconstitutional.
Few names stay on the list more than 3 months, because they are “dispositioned.” If your name has been on the kill list more than 3 months - then you would already be dead.
Pay attention TI’s - there is only one kill list, and your name is not on it.
You are targeted for harassment and torture. Not killing. Maybe it’s time to start fighting back, instead of hiding in your apartment? Join the Digital Warriors.

This June 14th at noon, the Seattle chapter of PACTS will be meeting for a picnic at Seattle's Gas Works Park! Let's get together to enjoy the nice weather and great company among friends.
You can bring a dish to share, or simply bring yourself. No pressure either way! The plan is to grill some hotdogs or burgers and gather around the picnic table to have some good conversation and fellowship.
Please call to verify exactly where to meet up at this park. It's a bit large, but not too big to inhibit finding each other.

The Shielding Consultations Team has begun its work. It is for those who are severely attacked and would like guidance as to how to protect themselves. The format is similar to our case management service that we currently offer in that the consultations will be held in a group setting so that you, the client will receive the benefit of a variety of perspectives and levels of expertise to consider that may more readily suit your particular situation.
At this time, it is unknown when help will arrive therefore, we must learn how to keep ourselves safe as best we can until that happens.
We must charge a small fee for the service of $30, however, we will work with all who are in need of it.

How can you get an impartial ruling from a Judge that is subject to the orders of his superior officer, and possibly the Deep State? Is the Deep State planning for military tribunals?
Judge Neurock was stationed in Iraq in 2006. Liaison Officer, Central Criminal Court of Iraq, Baghdad, Iraq. The US Military was committing war crimes by using white phosphorus munitions. He knew about the treaties signed by the US Government and swore an oath to abide by those treaties. It was his job to know about the U.S. Constitution, International Treaties, and rules of law.
Fallujah, Iraq (2004): The U.S. military admitted using white phosphorus during the November 2004 offensive in Fallujah. It was employed as an incendiary weapon to dislodge insurgents from entrenched positions, often referred to as "shake and bake" tactics, combined with high explosives.
Judge Neurock worked with the District Attorney in Houston in 2019, and refused to consider the reasonable Mandamus Petition of Targeted Justice. He refused to even investigate it. It was denied without any explanation whatsoever. Just like he did to the Iraqi civilian casualties burned with white phosphorus.
