8.45% of total toast are now gone forever
One year in:
"8.45% of total toast are now gone forever"
100÷8.45 = 11.834319527 years, minus our already complete first year = 11 years or less, project should have completed to payout.

"Was going to buy fresh rhubarb on the market today. They wanted £4.64 for 4 sticks, about 12 inch long !!! I declined to pay and told him to put it back . Good choice to grow your own."
And after that news in, and a 'last one' double offer in from the seller ... I just couldn't resist making sure I have a surfeit of plums (enough to make jam with, cook with, store and brew with) ... 3 varieties co-planted (4 trees total) = all cross pollinate each other well .... which increases yield of all 4 trees ... (note UK TI's)[Opal/Victoria/Damson); just 8.99 GBP a tree!
