Your group owner/ admin's just back from the doctors ... I diagnosed myself a few years ago as B12 deficient (and I was) ... And was feeling just fine 30 minutes after I started supplementing with B12 (from over the counter vitamin purchase via pharmacy).

I've been struggling to regain my health (big time) ... and (this time via doctor diagnosis) just got a rest result that am deficient vitamin B9 (Folate){synthetic supplement: folic acid).

I thought I was starting to seriously suffer from havana syndrome ... never quite right, never could put a finger on cause.

I've just been reading up, if I had continued researching after I got the B12 supplement I would have realised deficiency in B12 can lead to folate deficiency as the two effect each other.

None of the problems would have arisen had I not stopped ... taking the items on this list. Lesson learned.

I'm back to daily supplementation, and this time, I'm never stopping. ymmv.

Especially if they're giving you the starvation torture (making you feel sick every time you think to eat food; I've had years of that) .... CAUTION, you will be also becoming deficient in vitamins and minerals.

B12 ...if deficient long enough, can cause PERMANENT BRAIN DAMAGE (I wonder if that's what they're trying to cause with the starvation torture treament).

DULY WARNED.

I should be back to feeling normal in just two weeks, now I'm taking (for four months) folate supplement on prescription (5mg daily/four months). The doctor wants me to continue on a multi-vitamin once the folate supplementation has worked it's magic.

My advice, if you're recovering from torture, and ... just don't seem to be able to get stuff done due to tiredness (I kept falling asleep during the day) ... or mental confusion; TEST FOR B12 DEFICIENCY OR FOLATE etc.
