Look down the first column; it's a SIMPLE LETTER NUMBER SUBSTITUTION CIPHER, with only one variation (no zeroes).

What ever output you get from the SIMPLE LETTER NUMBER SUBSTITUTION CIPHER, if it contains a ZERO, remove it.

DONE.

Examine, see the truth of the above statement for yourself.

A = 1
B = 2
C = 3

etc.

J = (10) = 1 however (the dropping of the zero).

Likewise:

T = (20) = 2 ;)

There are only TWO zeroes in 1 -> 27. ;)

You now can do layer one cipher #cryptanalysisyourself.

My suggestion: crack your OWN NAME, first. ;)
