FWIW, I got the laws changed in UK (turning the UK into what it is today; the largest exporter of medical grade cannabis, in the world). Ready, so we have supply, if ... an explosion of cancer broke out (Fukushima; worldwide rads are UP) ...

Now, we have the cancer explosion, and ... prescriptions for cannabis are legal (unfortunately still only to deal with the symptoms from RADIATION POISONING (given by the conventional treatments for cancer), but ... it is now legal to consume in UK (if you have a script).
