The Wuhan strain of the CV-19 gene-spliced pathogen originated in the Canadian National Microbiology Laboratory in Winnipeg when Frank Plummer was in charge. Plummer, an AIDS researcher, a drunk and a total psychopath, died in February 2020, well after he had been sacked as head of the lab. The CV-19 pathogens at the Wuhan Institute of Virology took a circuitous route to get to WIV, smuggled out by low-paid Chinese lab technicians who were CCP cadre. One shipment by car was stopped at the Manitoba - North Dakota border by the RCMP and the FBI, the vials of death found stored in the glove compartment. Another shipment (redundancy) made it through, probably by the long way to Montreal by car and then diplomatic pouch to Guangdong. "
