If you don't have a garden, or not enough garden ... guerrilla garden (using the heritage varieties = won't be noticed as they blend in quite literally perfectly. ;)

I don't have space for e.g. a full Mulberry Tree (which can grow 10+ metres in height AND width, easily, over 30 years). I might plant one out in the wild down by the River Thames though ... ;) I found a fully grown fruiting fig tree down by the river a few years ago. Back then, I didn't realise figs in CAN be grown in the UK ... they just need to be ripened indoors in sunlight. ;)

Guess who from this year ... has a ready supply of free figs. ;)

I've also found a (very expensive) speciality plum tree ... You'd be surprised if you go looking, at what you might find by way of other guerrilla gardeners prior years activities around you.

To which I might add for less than £15 ... a (grow to full size) mulberry tree. hehe
