Having been buying stuff of late, it made me just think, what may be useful to many is if we all mentioned the things we've found useful in surving our torture(s). The non-obvious stuff.
Anyone that wants to join in feel free to chip in iin the chat, with what's been the most useful items for you to survive this far. I'll go first.
Ignoring the obvious (lead dental caps etc);
1. Sweetened Condensed Milk

Though I got onto the latter late, both have got me through LONG tortures ... when I couldn't get any food in whatsoever ... Keep me working, codebreaking, under torture.
My secret; have 3 tines of the former, and ideally 3 tubs of the latter also, on hand, all the time.
My torture latterly got so extreme (unable to drink any water) ... in part because I was able to work under torture months on end ... But the final week or two of the battles ... I was always down to unable to eat ... the above two products, being able to be eaten direct, just a spoon required (and not even that, really): lifesavers.
