What is the SOLUTION? Make your own bread.

I like granary and need to increase fibre thus ... MALTED and seeded GRANARY bread is what I want for me (you may want different).

Here's how that works out; price/supplier/per loaf.

8 KG flour/seed = £30 (delivered) = 16 loaves @ £1.89 / loaf + gas (£0.11) =

Total cost = £2.00 / loaf (baked).

Your baked loaf = artisan quality (7 seed types)/heavily malted.
