As this might be very helpful to any newbie TI. Very basics you can and should prep fast:

Breakfasts

1. Porridge oats, granola, muesli

PLUS

- powdered,
- UHT
- condensed &
- sweetened condensed milk

Breakfasts all done (heat only required for porridge).

Lunch

2. Get one or two catering sized powdered soups

Dinner

As I've almost finished prepping round II ... (if we consider the 'pandemic' as emergency I). Helpful lists coming once I have a mo to update files.
I'm finally getting able to do a few months without any resupply ... Which has taken a lot of time, effort and suffering (to find the spends).

I got the pineapple too whilst I was at it ... Now I have a dehydrator ... ;)

You can see why it sometimes pays to visit cheapfood if you're a prepper. ;)
The tomatoes turn easily enough into tomato juice ... too :)
