I never went full tonto healthy eating, but since the heart attack from all the torture, have had to sort myself out. A lot of ploughing around if you want to make you own bread to avoid the processed crap in commercial bread (rather hard to do unless you make your own). Here is the best supplier I can find:

As this might be very helpful to any newbie TI. Very basics you can and should prep fast:

Breakfasts

1. Porridge oats, granola, muesli

PLUS

- powdered,
- UHT
- condensed &
- sweetened condensed milk

Breakfasts all done (heat only required for porridge).

Lunch

2. Get one or two catering sized powdered soups

Dinner
