I suggest if you've been tortured in London, and reported your harassment to the Met Police and they did nothing. You will never get a better time to out their complicity in your torture: write direct to the IOPC and CC your letter to Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services (HMICFRS), The Mayor of London, and the Home Secretary.
