Neptune's rings were first observed in 1968
Scientists believed they were incomplete ring segments. It was suspected that they might have gaps in the 1984 eclipse experiment. When Neptune passed in front of the star, there were flickers. But when it passed again, nothing was noticed.
The problem was solved in 1989, when the Voyager 2 spacecraft approached the Neptune system. The rings were lumpy, which is still a mystery. Perhaps there is a strong impact from the satellites. The ring system is thin and murky. It is believed to be a mixture of ice and dark material with organic compounds.
Voyager 2 has noted five rings. It is thought that they are young and formed after the crash of a small satellite.

Whether the Moon rotates on its own axis?
Some people believe that the Moon doesn't rotate because it is always turned to us on one side. Thatβs a misconception.
It is the fact that the Moon always faces one side of the Earth as it orbits the Earth that indicates that the Moon rotates. And the time of one revolution around its axis is exactly equal to the time of one revolution around the Earth.
It is the so-called synchronous rotation, caused by the tidal forces of the planet.

Colour of Star As a Function of Temperature
What is the minimal size of black holes?
The mass of a black hole formed by the collapse of a larger star is limited by the Oppenheimer-Volkoff limit. Its exact value is not known, as it depends on many poorly understood parameters. In general, this limit lies between 2.14 and 2.17 solar masses.
All stars lighter than 2.14 solar masses are definitely not black holes. The highly probable BH candidates known today have significantly higher masses, from 6 solar masses and higher.
For primary (small) black holes to lower value is the Planck mass: 2.176β 10^(-8) kg. But primary black holes are hypothetical objects and have not been discovered yet.
