If you are still trying to get information about the RBI Grade A syllabus, pattern, and difficulty level, it means you are not a real RBI Grade A aspirant!
It doesn’t matter whether vacancies are 60, 150, 250, or even 500!
This exam is much more difficult than UPSC because of the uncertainty angle. At least UPSC aspirants know when the exam will happen, approximately how many vacancies will be there, and that the exam will definitely happen. They just have to focus on their studies. In RBI, your 90% energy is wasted on unnecessary things! Forget about studies!
The real competition is among those who have appeared for RBI interviews earlier, already appeared for Phase 2, appeared for SEBI/PFRDA/IRDAI/NABARD interviews, or those who are extremely dedicated and don’t waste time on all these unnecessary things.
No one will tell you all these things because of their business interests!
I have all options for you. If you want to prepare, I have study material and personal consultation to offer you. And if you don’t want to prepare, then also I have something to offer you. So I don’t have any clash of interest!
The top 1% intelligent candidates already know what I am trying to convince you of!
There are UPSC interview-appeared candidates in the competition, IIT and IIM students, and candidates who have cleared SBI PO and SSC CGL. If you have an extreme level of dedication, then think about this exam.
I have seen candidates wasting 4, 5, 6, 7 or even 8 years preparing for this exam, and some of them never cleared Phase 1 even once.
If you are strong, dedicated and determined candidate to become an RBI Grade A or Grade B Officer then this message should not impact you!

Yesterday, the students ended their Jharkhand protest. Someone messaged me, Sir, why didn’t you support them?
My answer is simple: many people do charity or support a cause without publicising it, while some choose to make their support public. I respect both.
What matters is whether you helped or supported the cause, not whether you posted about it on social media.
I had also personally spoken to some of my friends working in the corporate sector and requested them to support the students.
Not every good deed needs publicity to prove that it happened.

Around two years ago, there was a plan to introduce RBI Grade A recruitment, and I had discussed it at that time. However, after the change in the RBI Governor, priorities and recruitment plans also changed.
Had Shaktikanta Das Sir continued, I believe Grade A recruitment might have already been conducted twice by now.
There was also a proposal to almost discontinue Grade B recruitment, but because completely stopping it could create legal and administrative issues, the alternative plan was to recruit a limited number of officers around 40–60 Grade B posts.
