Eminent economist Ashok Lahiri has been appointed as the new vice-chairperson of the NITI Aayog.
He will replace Suman Berry, who has been serving in the post since April 2022.

Always choose good company and grow together.
Many people call me selfish because I prefer to spend time with people who are as intelligent as me or more intelligent than me. But intelligence does not mean only academic intelligence.
Some of my contacts may be “illiterate” by formal definitions, but they are excellent businessmen, sharp decision-makers, or successful politicians.
In school and college, many of us wasted precious time in casual pastimes. Today, we don’t even know where many of those people are or what they are doing. After a decade, we realise that if we had studied better or spent time with the right people, we could have achieved much more.
Many people call me selfish because I prefer to spend time with people who are as intelligent as me or more intelligent than me. But intelligence does not mean only academic intelligence.

🖊️... अत्यंत दुखद। इस बात में अब किसी शक की गुंजाइश नहीं बची कि पंखा ही असली गुनाहगार असली अपराधी है। सरकार को तत्काल प्रभाव से पंखों को पूरे देश में बैन करना चाहिए। विशेषकर बैंक अधिकारियों के लिए।
हर घटना में वही मौजूद मिलता है, हर बार वही छत से लटका हुआ दिखाई देता है—जैसे कोई पुराना, चालाक अपराधी जो हर बार मौके पर भी रहता है और हर बार बच भी निकलता है।
सवाल यह है कि पंखा हर बार बच निकलता कैसे है?
इतनी वारदातों के बाद भी न कोई गिरफ्तारी, न कोई सज़ा।
लगता है पंखों की कोई बहुत बड़ी लॉबी है, जो हर बार उसे कानून के शिकंजे से बचा लेती है।
वरना इतनी बार नाम आने के बाद तो किसी इंसान को कब का सज़ा हो चुकी होती।
अब वक्त आ गया है कि पंखे के खिलाफ सख़्त कार्रवाई हो।
हर घर के पंखे की गिनती हो, उसका रिकॉर्ड तैयार किया जाए, और जिन पंखों का इतिहास संदिग्ध हो—उन्हें तुरंत हिरासत में लिया जाए।
क्योंकि यह कोई मामूली अपराधी नहीं है—यह वह अपराधी है जो हर बार हमारे सामने होता है और फिर भी हाथ नहीं आता।
आप माने या न माने पंखा ही दोषी है, और उसे हर बार बच निकलने की छूट अब बंद होनी चाहिए। उसे सार्वजनिक तौर पर फांसी मिलनी ही चाहिए।
हे ईश्वर .... ऐसे पंखों से बैंक अधिकारियों की रक्षा करें।

📢 RBI Grade B 2026 – Reality Check
RBI Grade B 2026 notification is out with 40 vacancies (Generalist)
People will say: “You need just 1 seat.”
But let’s look at reality 👇
👉 UPSC: ~1000 vacancies | 8–10 lakh applicants
👉 RBI: 40 vacancies | 1–1.2 lakh applicants
And competition?
• 10–20K serious UPSC aspirants (Interview and Mains appeared multiple times)
• 1000–1500 RBI interview-experienced candidates
• 10–15K IIM grads and 99+ percentilers
⚠️ This is NOT a normal exam anymore.
Very few people understand this reality.
🎯 My Honest Advice
Be realistic.
Understand your strengths & weaknesses first.
I have seen 1000s of candidates:
❌ 3–5 attempts, still not clearing Phase 1
❌ Still continuing due to blind optimism
👉 Extreme optimism is dangerous.
This exam is NOT for everyone
It is for very intelligent + extremely hard-working candidates
Just check 10-15 success stories → You’ll understand the level.
💡 Important
It’s against my business interest to discourage you,
but I still say this clearly:
👉 Don’t waste your time, money, energy blindly! 5-10K is not a big money, your time is precious and 4-6 Gap Years in biodata creates issues in future job interviews!
My model is simple:
✔ I charge to tell you whether you should prepare or not (honestly), not by looking at your face but with scientific way and talking to you for at least for an hour!
📊 I have tracked this exam closely since 2010
Most selected candidates you see across institutes were in touch with me for guidance/interview.

Think twice before entering.

❌ फिर भी blind optimism के कारण लगे हुए हैं
👉 अत्यधिक आशावाद (Extreme optimism) खतरनाक होता है।
यह exam हर किसी के लिए नहीं है।
यह बहुत intelligent + अत्यधिक मेहनती candidates के लिए है।
सिर्फ 10–15 success stories देखिए → level समझ में आ जाएगा।
💡 महत्वपूर्ण बात
आपको discourage करना मेरे business interest के खिलाफ है,
फिर भी मैं साफ कह रहा हूँ:
👉 अपना समय, पैसा और energy बिना सोचे-समझे waste मत करें!
5–10K रुपये बड़ी बात नहीं है, लेकिन आपका समय कीमती है और 4–6 gap years future job interviews में समस्या पैदा करते हैं।
मेरा model simple है:
✔ मैं charge इसलिए करता हूँ कि आपको honestly बता सकूँ कि आपको preparation करनी चाहिए या नहीं —
