When NIACL released the Notification of Business Analyst Post then immediately I made this video and written letter to the HR that there is mismatch between Name of the Post Business Analyst and its need and Eligibility!
Then only I had this doubt, and now after so much efforts for the process they wasted the times of 1000s of candidates and withdrew the notificatio!🤦♂️

RBI Grade B Phase 2 वाले टॉप कैंडिडेट्स इंटरव्यू तैयारी के लिए मुझसे ही क्यों जुड़ते हैं?
शशांक का 7 साल का गैप था, लेकिन यह गैप UPSC की तैयारी का था। इस साल वह UPSC Interview तक पहुँचा… यानी उसकी क्षमता पर कोई सवाल ही नहीं उठता!
उसे बस अपने दिमाग की कुछ उलझनें सुलझानी थीं। हमारी चर्चा में वे क्लियर हुईं, और उसी समय मुझे 100% यकीन हो गया कि वह RBI Grade B Exam या UPSC… या दोनों में सफल होगा!
Shashank का UPSC ऑप्शनल History था। मुंबई में हुए फेस-टू-फेस मॉक इंटरव्यू में मैंने जो सवाल पूछे, similar सवाल असली RBI Grade B इंटरव्यू में भी आए, यही है सही गाइडेंस की ताकत!
इस साल एक और दिलचस्प ट्रेंड दिखा, RBI में सेलेक्ट हुए कई कैंडिडेट्स UPSC बैकग्राउंड से हैं!
मैंने अपनी लाइव क्लासेस और YouTube पर बार बार एक बात कही है!
बड़े एग्जाम क्लियर करने के लिए “Minimum Intelligence Level” जरूरी होता है
लेकिन सच यह है कि बिज़नेस और मार्केटिंग के चक्कर में कोई इस पर खुलकर बात नहीं करता!
बस कुछ हफ्तों का इंतज़ार कीजिए…
मैं बिना किसी फ़िल्टर के आपको पूरी सच्चाई बताने वाला हूँ!

अगर आप खुद को सही तरीके से प्रस्तुत नहीं कर पाए, तो अपनी कैंडिडेचर को कैसे जस्टिफाई करेंगे?
और सबसे बड़ा सवाल,
“हम आपको ही क्यों चुनें?”
इसका दमदार जवाब तभी आएगा, जब आप अपनी strengths को confidently express करना सीखेंगे।
