Success ratio in govt jobs is less than 5%. 95 % candidates have to go into private jobs or some small business activities.
What advice should I give to youngsters?
1. Keep preparing for govt exams till you become age bar at the age of 30.

2. Leave govt job preparation after 3-4 years and then go into private sector and then try for govt jobs simultaneously.

3. In today’s time it’s not worth to prepare for govt jobs, specifically IBPS, it’s waste of time, money and energy.
