💥💥About SIDBI Grade A Job 💥💥
Working in SIDBI is different for different people.
Posting - anywhere in INDIA no choices asked. You are lucky to get posted in your hometown. Only 2 people out of 100 are posted just near there home from where they are coming office daily.
Most postings around 33% is in Gujarat. Gujarat region is said to be hard working due to presence of Maximum industrial areas. Coimbatore is also on same level.
Timing - depends on posting. People in Gujarat leave between 7 to 8.30 depending on boss and work. Other regions between 6-6.30. Even though official timing is 10 - 5.45
Work - For 10 years they have made it compulsory for new employees to work in branches in Direct credit vertical. Giving out loans to customers, appraisal, visit, documentation, disbursement follow up and other related work.
Money - as of now without CAIIB and JAIIB around 90k including salary and perks in Hand. May change littel depends on posting.
Sodexo - 3600
Rent - different in different region 40k in Mumbai and around 15 to 20k in other regions
Also other yearly perks. Medical ia 100% free.
