In the long run NABARD DA is better, this is generic answer. For individual there are different priorities, so you have to see what are your priorities in life and then take decision accordingly!
Initial days you may not get good feeling as this is clerk job and ECGC is officer level job, for some people it’s personal choice not to work as a clerk.
