Most of you got an independence on 15th August 1947 but the people from our area I.e Marathwada region of Maharashtra got true independence on 17th September 1948. After 13 months India got independence.
The first University in my region got established in 1956-1957 I.e around 100 years after first university got established in Mumbai.
Our region is still backward in terms of development.
