मुझे ये समझ नहीं आता बैंक मैनेजमेंट को क्या मज़ा आता है एक व्यक्ति को दूसरे स्टेट में पोस्टिंग देने में. जो जहाँका है उसको उसी स्टेट में पोस्टिंग दो।
If person is happy then he/she can perform better, ye transfers ki vajah se 90% sarkari offiers ki life hell ban rahi hai! Union leaders are hopeless, their main aim is to see personal benefit and get desired postings.
There are people who want to go in other state, give such choice to the employees.
