In 2021, one girl / lady from North Indian State had one confusion.
RBI Grade B Vs SDM North Indian State Vs UPSC ICAS...finally she selected SDM North Indian State because of her husband’s state govt job. Otherwise her first preference was RBI Grade B then ICAS.

People are resigning from Scale 2 post in SBI for NABARD DA. What for u guys r confused?
Be it work-life balance, city/capital posting, 5 days of banking (actual one) etc, NABARD DA will give u everything . Salary will be little less, I agree. But once u are promoted to Grade A, the salary/CTC will increase manifolds.
Bonus- u ll get ample time to prepare for other exams.
