You can't satisfy 100% candidates, I always take right side, most of the people just think about themselves, it's about conducting the exam due to heavy rain, natural calamity, if situation is ok, and if there is possibility of reaching exam center then exam will happen and if not then exam won't happen it's as simple as that, your or my opinion doesn't matter here!
