4-5 बैंकिंग अभ्यर्थियों ने मुझे यह वीडियो भेजा और कहा कि इसे देखने के बाद वे बैंकिंग परीक्षाओं की तैयारी को लेकर हताश हो गए हैं। मैं कभी भी किसी को सरकारी नौकरी छोड़ने का सुझाव नहीं देता। आज बैंकों में क्लर्क को लगभग ₹45,000 और पीओ को लगभग ₹75,000 मासिक वेतन मिलता है, जबकि निजी क्षेत्र में कई लोगों को ₹20,000 भी नहीं मिलते। करोड़ों लोग सरकारी नौकरी पाने के लिए कड़ी मेहनत कर रहे हैं। किसी भी निर्णय से पहले अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति पर गंभीरता से विचार करें। बेरोजगारी सबसे खराब स्थिति है; उससे कहीं बेहतर है कोई भी नौकरी—even अगर वह बहुत आकर्षक न लगे। मेरी पिछली वीडियो में बैंक नौकरियों को लेकर काफी सकारात्मक प्रतिक्रियाएं मिली थीं, इसलिए बैंक की नौकरी छोड़ने या बैंकिंग परीक्षा की तैयारी रोकने से पहले दस बार सोचें। एक बार बैंक में प्रवेश मिल जाए तो आप बाद में रेगुलेटरी-सुपरवाइजरी पदों, SSC, राज्य PCS या UPSC जैसी ऊंची परीक्षाओं की तैयारी कर सकते हैं।

Tens of millions are working hard to secure any government post. Before taking such a step, weigh your financial background carefully. Unemployment is the worst situation—almost any job is better than being jobless. My previous video received a lot of positive feedback about banking careers, so think ten times before abandoning a bank job or stopping your preparation. Once you enter a bank, you can still aim for regulatory/supervisory posts, SSC, State PCS, or even UPSC roles.

If you have financial backup and business acumen you can think of business or Social Media as a career.
