अब मैं खुद का बॉस हूँ।
न ट्रांसफर,
न ट्रैफिक,
न टॉक्सिक माहौल।
कभी 15 घंटे काम करता हूँ,
कभी 3 घंटे,
और कभी कुछ नहीं।
यही असली आज़ादी है,
और मेरे लिए,
यही असली दौलत है।
खुद जैसा बनने की हिम्मत रखो,
यही तुम्हारी ताकत है।

बैंक, रेलवे जैसे केंद्रीय संस्थानों में अब मराठी भाषा का उपयोग अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने केंद्र सरकार के कार्यालयों में मराठी के उपयोग की समीक्षा कर जिलाधिकारियों को आदेश जारी किए हैं। कार्यालयों में मराठी में सूचना बोर्ड, नामपट्ट, और सेवाओं की जानकारी अनिवार्य होगी। यह निर्णय मराठी भाषा गौरव दिन से पहले लिया गया है। बीमा, पोस्ट, मेट्रो, विमा कंपनियां, टेलीकॉम, पेट्रोल पंप, और हवाई अड्डों पर भी मराठी में संवाद जरूरी होगा। जिलाधिकारियों को मराठी के उपयोग की समीक्षा कर रिपोर्ट देने को कहा गया है।

अगले 23 वर्षों में हमें इन बातों पर ध्यान देना होगा:
• संख्या नहीं, गुणवत्ता पर फोकस
