SBI Clerk Result Update Videos: यह मत सोचो कि सब कुछ बहुत अच्छा होगा या बहुत बुरा होगा, बस हकीकत में रहो।
ज़्यादा जोश या एक्स्ट्रीम पॉज़िटिव सोचना कभी कभी खतरनाक हो सकता है।
अगर सक्सेस मिली तो ठीक है, लोग हैंडल कर लेते हैं, लेकिन अगर रिजल्ट नेगेटिव आया तो वही जोश तुम्हें 10 गुना ज़्यादा तकलीफ देगा।

ज्यादातर यूट्यूबर्स को फर्क नहीं पड़ता कि तुम पास हुए या नहीं।
SBI को जितने कैंडिडेट चाहिए, वो ले लेगी।
कोचिंग इंस्टिट्यूट्स के एड में तुम्हारी फोटो नहीं, किसी और की फोटो होगी।
सब लोग टॉपर को बधाई देंगे, लेकिन तुमसे कोई नहीं पूछेगा कि तुम्हारे दिल पे क्या बीत रही है।
सोसायटी, पैरेंट्स, फ्रेंड्स, सब तुम्हें फेलियर की तरह ट्रीट करेंगे।
ये बहुत ही डेंजरस सिचुएशन होती है, मैं खुद इस दर्द से गुज़र चुका हूँ।
उस वक्त सच में कोई साथ नहीं देता।

इसलिए न्यूट्रल रहो, ज़्यादा एक्साइटेड मत हो।
सक्सेस हो या फेलियर, इमोशन्स कंट्रोल में रखो।
मैंने लोगों को टूटते देखा है, पूरी तरह से बिखरते देखा है।
बहुत लोग कमेंट्स में लिख रहे हैं कि “मुझे जॉब मिल गई”, सोचो अगर ऐसा नहीं हुआ तो? उस दिन क्या होगा?

इसलिए मेडिटेशन करो, दिमाग शांत रखो।
SBI रिजल्ट पेज या यूट्यूब टेलीग्राम पे मत बैठे रहो।
कहीं घूमने जाओ, दोस्तों से मिलो, मस्त टाइम बिताओ।
ब्लड प्रेशर बढ़ाने का कोई मतलब नहीं है।

यूट्यूबर्स सिर्फ व्यूज़ के लिए वीडियो बना रहे हैं, वो अपना काम कर रहे हैं।
तुम अपना काम करो, आने वाले एग्ज़ाम्स की तैयारी में लग जाओ।
मैं जानता हूँ ये मुश्किल है, लेकिन अगर रिजल्ट निगेटिव आया तो यही एक रास्ता बचता है।
