*Wage Revision Talks in PSGI Companies*

Today(30.4.2025) in the Wage Talks held in Delhi, GiPSA management was represented by three companies CMD, GIC Re CMD, General Managers of all companies and also the DFS Jt. Secretary, Under Secretary. AIIEA was represented by Sanjay Jha, Secretary, Standing committee (GI), G Anand, Vice President.

The management initially offered 10% and when we didn't agree, they offered 12% Loading on Basic and DA. Unions are discussing demanding parity with LIC pay scales.

RBI might take strict action/ suspension against such Assistants or Officers who are sharing their salaries in Social Media!
This is the reason I haven’t made any RBI Salary slip related videos!
In this regard, RBI is very strict organisation, their officers can’t run YouTube Channel or any Social Media Channel, they can’t even share their Salary slip to anyone.
So, if you are working in RBI at any position then never share your salary slip, RBI will identify the person and punish him heavily.

There are atleast 300 Bankers / Insurance employees who are running their YouTube channels and earning in lakhs, their organisations have no issue with them.
Regulatory bodies are strict in this regard!
