These days I am getting lot of messages about the bad work culture of many organisations like banks, life, general insurance, NABFID, RBI, SEBI, etc.
Some officers have raised very serious allegations which I can’t post here (it may attract some action against me like court case etc), so now onwards I am not posting these feedbacks, some internal people have also warned me not to post these realities on social media. I don’t have any proof directly so that I can prove whatever I am saying is genuine. They will question me without having any proof how can say anything about our organisation.
So, there is some price of telling the truth!
Now let’s focus on study, sorry for this, I am really feeling bad for those who are suffering, mentally, physically, emotionally!🙏👍

We are in a great ecosystem where culprits are saved every day whether it’s politicians, businessmen, Judges, IAS, IPS, top govt officers. General public and lower level government employees are suffering every day.
At ground level riots are happening, social tension every where, that’s why so many wealthy people don’t want to live here in India, they are moving to Dubai, Singapore, Australia, UK, USA.
In Maharashtra, many ministers have done serious crimes, but no action is taken against them. On the other hand, if we common people ask for just 1-2 days’ leave, the top management behaves as if we’ve done something wrong!

♦️Summary of the judgement by MP high court in the EWS case:
👉1. The court ruled against the petitioners, stating that the government has the discretion to frame policies regarding reservations and relaxations.
👉2. Since EWS is constitutionally recognized as a separate category, it cannot automatically claim the same relaxations as SC/ST/OBC candidates.
👉3. The court also upheld the distinction between state and central OBC lists, dismissing the argument that state OBCs should receive the same benefits as central OBCs.
