My suggestion is that first get some govt job and then do your SWOT analysis and then decide whether to prepare for some exam or not.

RBI and UPSC are not difficult exams (where high level intelligence is needed) like IIT JEE or CAT but it needs sustained efforts, discipline, memorising skills, writing skills, good communication skills for interview. If you have these skills then you can definitely target this exam.
