Simple Rule of decision making!

I don’t understand what is the problem with banking jobs these days, 15 years before I used to leave home at 9:45 AM and reach at Branch at 10:00 AM and then leave Branch at 6:00 PM and reach home at 6:20 PM. No work pressure and no targets, insurance selling was there but no pressure, those who were selling used to get some bonus and there was no compulsion.
I had purposefully selected Allahabad Bank and did not join SBI Scale 1 and not SBI Scale 2.
If I stayed there I could have reached to AGM position in Allahabad / Indian Bank and DGM Position in RBI (2010-11 Batch).

Message for who have got selected this year in RBI Grade B 2024.
Don’t resign immediately, let them finish all formalities (medical, police, past employer, references)!
Now after few days you will get selection letter, after completion of all you will get final appointment letter, after that you can start resignation procedure, till then continue your existing job.

I have just got one info about RBI Grade B 2023 Selected Candidate’s Rejection:
RBI cancelled the candidature of last year’s selected candidate around Nov / Dec 2024 (whose rank was within top 25) because of doubt in the eligibility certificates, so please provide authentic and genuine certificates.
Certificates may be related to your age, educational eligibility, eligibility-related work experience/ eligibility Marks / category EWS SC ST OBC NCL PWD etc.
One may lose RBI Job as well as the previous Job where you were working.
These days all organizations are taking extra care in checking the eligibility-related certificates!

I think this is extreme!
There are 14 candidates who have achieved 100 percentile marks and I am sure most of them have used phone but within the limit.

All recruitment organisations should give justice to really deserving candidates otherwise all these fake people will grab their posts! Some organisations have already initiated the actions to verify all certificates once again!🙏
