Instead of blaming the system, it’s better to adapt and strategize for success. While we can’t control external factors, we can always adjust our approach.

Next year, IBPS plans to increase per-shift capacity, so we may see most exams conducted in a single shift.

This time RBI has released the answer key in RTI, they have cancelled some Phase 1 Questions also.

Success ratio in govt jobs is less than 5%. 95 % candidates have to go into private jobs or some small business activities.
What advice should I give to youngsters?

1. Keep preparing for govt exams till you become age bar at the age of 30.

3. In today’s time it’s not worth to prepare for govt jobs, specifically IBPS, it’s waste of time, money and energy.
