How many of you have similar feeling about SBI CBO?

I have made mistake by joining SBI CBO, my previous Public Sector Bank or IDBI Bank was better than SBI. If this is true then Press 👍 button.

Result is not shocking at all; in my personal consultation, maximum working professionals are bankers, and that too from SBI, Canara, Union Bank, and BoM, more than 80% from these 4 banks! Bank jobs are not for life time; first take it and then make a good career transition!

In one-on-one consultation, I advised him to focus 100% on SEBI Grade A Only and finally he got into SEBI. (Genric advices wont work for all, first of all I need to understand financial, educational, professional, and intellectual background and then customised advice can be given.) People just ask which exam should I target, no one can answer such one liner queries. Its like asking, should I marry this boy / girl? To answer such questions also we need a lot of data points.

SBI Clerk / SBI PO are one of the best government jobs!
So, don’t get distracted by these messages!
There is some issue in SBI CBO Cadre! I am posting ground reality, so that you can take informed decision.
Initially try to get into Bank Job and then try for other better jobs and if you like bank job then you can continue till retirement.👍🙏

RBI Grade B 2024 Final Result Update:
Usually, the final result is announced within 5-6 days after the last interview. However, this time, it's been nearly 25 days! I had informed most of you about the initial reason for the delay, but now it seems excessively prolonged due to some reasons which I dont know.

I reached out to 3-4 people connected to the process, but haven't received any response. Meanwhile, I’ve noticed some doubts being raised in WhatsApp chats about the organization. I strongly advise against this—there are RBI Assistant and Grade A officers in the group, and such discussions can be misused later.

This has happened before—some individuals have shared messages to impress their seniors, causing unnecessary trouble. So, be cautious and avoid putting yourself at risk. I never speculate about the result. I only share updates when I have concrete information. Since I’ve been receiving numerous messages regarding the result, I’m posting this to clarify.
