Why China is leader in a technology?
โ Indian Students often prioritize long-term U.S. residency for higher earning potential and career opportunities in tech giants like Google/Microsoft.
โ Chinese Students increasingly return home, driven by nationalism, state-backed incentives, and Chinaโs booming tech sector (e.g., AI, semiconductors).
Key Drivers:
๐น For India:
Limited domestic opportunities + strong U.S. diaspora networks.
๐น For China:
Serve the Motherland campaigns + restrictions on sensitive fields in the U.S.

The Income Tax Department has started sending this message to all the tax payers who have claimed deductions for donation to political party u/s 80GGC in the last 2 years and emphasizing on filing an updated Return.
This is very interesting.
In my opinion the following things might be there in the departmentโs mind:
1. Firstly Majority of these donations are fake and made by Salaried Individuals. Therefore the department is playing a mind game to scare them to file an updated return and take 25% or 50% additional tax u/s 140B along with Interest.
2. Secondly I feel this is also a deterrent for not making such fake donations for the current FY 2024-25 as majority of tax payers do this in the last 2 months of the FY.
3. Thirdly the department will check later the donors of which political party will file maximum updated return so that those political parties can be taken under scanner.
