10. Research and Statistics Exemptions: Specific provisions exempt data use for research purposes.
11. Penalties: Violations attract penalties under the Act’s provisions.
12. Appeals Mechanism: Establishes digital appeals tribunal for disputes.
13. Accountability: Significant Data Fiduciaries must ensure periodic audits.
14. Government Overrides: The state can process data for public benefits like licenses.
15. Feedback Period: Public can provide objections/suggestions until February 18, 2025.
