The truth is, people in #power often resist genuinely adhering to #Constitution's principles, whether its Party A or B or C.

Some candidates who are in RBI OA and NABARD OA told me that a similar judgment HC has given last year regarding the eligibility of graduates for RBI OA and NABARD OA posts, but again this year in the NABARD OA Notification they have written that graduates should not apply! No learnings from last year's judgment! But my question here is that would you like to apply to NABARD / RBI Office Attendant Post if you are a graduate? Press 👍 for Yes and Press 🙏 for No.

Here’s a framework to decide between these career choices:
1. Identify Personal Priorities
• Reflect on your long-term career goals: Are you aiming for leadership, stability, or personal fulfillment?
• Evaluate what matters most to you: Scale, specialization, rapid growth, or work-life balance.
2. Assess Your Current Stage
• Early Career: Focus on building expertise, contacts, and growth opportunities.
• Mid-Career: Balance between big-picture view and time for family becomes critical.
• Late Career: Aim for contentment and freedom while using accumulated expertise.
3. Consider the Role’s Demands
• Roles requiring a high span of control or scale often come with complexity and reduced flexibility.
• Positions prioritizing specialization or empathy may align better with specific skills or values.
4. Weigh the Trade-Offs
• Use a scoring system: Rank each priority from 1–5 based on its importance and match with the role.
• Recognize that you cannot maximize every aspect. For example:
• High growth often reduces time for family.
• Popularity may come at the expense of freedom.
5. Think Strategically
• Define which trade-offs are temporary (e.g., sacrificing family time for a few years) versus long-term (e.g., pursuing scale over specialization).
6. Align with Values
• Ensure the decision aligns with your personal values and life purpose, as this will sustain motivation and satisfaction.
Ultimately, career decisions are about balance—acknowledging that every choice comes with opportunity costs and ensuring these align with your personal and professional aspirations.
