आजकल जरा सी छुट्टी मिलते ही लोग ऐसे निकल पड़ते हैं जैसे कोई बड़ी आपदा आने वाली हो। “वीकेंड” मनाने के लिए पूरा परिवार लेकर निकल जाते हैं। आने-जाने में 7-8 घंटे लग जाते हैं (अगर ट्रैफिक न हो तो), वहां जाकर भीड़ में घुसकर जल्दीबाजी में साइटसीइंग करना या फिर रिसॉर्ट के कमरे में बैठकर टीवी देखना और सोना।
फिर छुट्टी खत्म करके थकान के साथ घर लौटते हैं और अगले दिन से काम में लग जाते हैं! आखिर हम वीकेंड पर क्यों जाते हैं? किससे भागने की कोशिश करते हैं?
मुझे लगता है कि इसका मुख्य कारण है रोजमर्रा की दिनचर्या को तोड़ना। लेकिन दिनचर्या का मतलब क्या है?
पति की नौकरी, बच्चों की पढ़ाई और पत्नी का घर का काम?
या फिर रोज के ईमेल, व्हाट्सएप, फेसबुक, टीवी, भीड़, ट्रैफिक?
अगर इन सबसे राहत चाहिए, तो इन्हीं चीजों के बीच वापस क्यों जाना?
छुट्टी के दिन घर का वाई-फाई और टीवी बंद कर दें। फोन स्विच ऑफ करके अलमारी में रख दें। बच्चों की पढ़ाई की किताबें और बैग भी बंद कर दें। किचन का गैस बंद रखें।
परिवार के साथ ढेर सारी बातें करें, बच्चों के साथ खेलें, बुजुर्गों को समय दें। बाहर से नाश्ता और सभी भोजन मंगवा लें।
अगर सब सहमत हों, तो करीबी रिश्तेदार या दोस्तों को परिवार सहित घर बुलाएं। गपशप करें, ताश खेलें, गाने सुनें, वाद्ययंत्र की धूल झाड़कर कुछ बजाएं, या कोई अच्छी किताब पढ़ें।
सुबह और शाम पत्नी को अपने हाथों से चाय बनाकर दें।
न भीड़ चाहिए, न ट्रैफिक, न ड्राइविंग!
वीकेंड कब खत्म होगा, इसका एहसास तक नहीं होगा और यादगार पल बनेंगे।
अनावश्यक यात्रा और प्रदूषण से बचें! खुशी पाने के लिए लंबी यात्रा या ज्यादा खर्च करना जरूरी नहीं है।
