I started mentoring RBI Grade B Aspirants from 2012, in the first year there were 2 selections!
The above FB group was for 2013 selected 53 candidates! I used to mentor free of cost because I was working in RBI at that time, finally resigned in February 2015 to pursue this as a full time career!
Till date 500+ my students have joined RBI as a Grade B Officer.
In 2014, I was liaison officer for RBI Service Board Members at Ahmedabad for RBI Grade B interview process! I was with Interview Board Members including Chairman for 3 full days! Got lot of insights from them, what they expect from candidates, soft skills, hard skills, etc.

Someone wrote me a lengthy message in which he said, "Please give us info only when you have a 100% guarantee of that news!" We need to ask Chhatisgarh Court why you released this notification when you were not 100% sure that you needed 14 Court Managers. (They cancelled notification after 1 year) You wasted our time and energy. Now, we will file a case against you in your court! 100% Guarantee kisi ki nahi hoti hai! Its all about probability!
