I personally know 10s central and state government officers experiencing frustration in their roles. For those who value honesty, the low salaries and pressure from political figures or senior officials to engage in unethical activities can be overwhelming. While there are numerous opportunities to earn extra money, many choose to maintain their integrity, making them feel suffocated in such an environment.
All jobs are not made for all people, we have to first understand our personality and then have to chose jobs to match our personality otherwise it will create tension and health and mental issues.
