It’s doesn’t look good to say Poen or Office Boy or Chaprasi or by similar kind of name and it’s correct all posts should have dignity that’s why government had decided to rename such posts as Office Attendant or MTS likewise!
Some people don’t like to give name as Clerk also that why now it’s called as Assistant or Office Assistant or Junior Associate likewise.
