Every year this happens, many people unnecessarily focus Phase 2 without thinking about Phase 1!
Some people are doing this mistake again and again!
This time 41 days are there for Phase 2 after Phase 1 exam, in these days one can study phase 2 two times, why people don’t understand this!
Intelligent people are those who know what to do and what not to do!🙏

How many of you have cleared with minimum study? Like 8-10 days of preparation! Sometimes it's luck and our past efforts; some people are good in QRE since their school days! Some have sharp memory, they just read once and they can recall easily.

955 people will fight for appx 200 interview call, don’t take risk here, try to take leave from office, talk unofficially with branch manager or HR tell them real condition, try to take advice, it’s about your negotiation skills!
1/3 candidates might be from UPSC background, they are good in descriptive answer writing, you also have to write atleast 4-5 papers for each subject!
All the best for phase 2 preparation.
