This is very bad trend, instead of doing their job many Govt officers including some bankers are running social media channels and earning money!

RBI NABARD SEBI IRDA AIFI are very strict regarding this, some of the newly recruited officers have tried to run the YT channels but HR department has sent notice to them and warned them, you can do either Job or Socail Media influencer!

In the last week I asked to one famous banker Youtuber how much he/she is earning then amount is triple than their Bank Salary per month.

Then I asked why you are not leaving bank job, then reply was, people watch them because they are doing bank job, candidates want to listen working people!

If working RBI Grade B or Grade C officer makes daily video then every video will get 50-60K views! Students just imagine that they will reach at that position some day!

Someone is asking me whether a banker can run a YT or any social media channel?

Answer: Yes, you can run until there is explicit official ban from your banker! Some people have informed to their HR unofficially to save their position in future.
