The Present Value of Rs.20 Crore, which I will receive after 40 years at a 9% discount Rate, is just Rs.63 Lakh Rupees, at 8% its Rs.92 Lakh Rupees. Only 1% of people can understand this: people are living a stressful life, something imaginary life after 40 Years, how many people will be alive after 40 years? And what one will do with that money after 40 Years (At the age of 65-75)!

In 2022, in the IRDA Baord meething they decided to recruit 90 Grade A Officer 30+30+30=90 likewise but later due to need of more officers they'd decided to recruit 45+45=90 Officers in next two years i.e 45 in 2023 and 45 in 2024!

This is very big development for Central Government Employees.
