Lot of people have watched this video and after this I have received 100s of messages regarding such incidences in their banks, and surprisingly some ladies have told me about sexual harassments cases and shockingly some ladies working in regulatory bodies have also reported...they are not reporting such cases to higher authorities just because of its consequences...and the culprit people are working at higher positions and it will hamper organizations image, so nothing will happen from managements side. If you have also faced similar incidences then you can inform me, if you wish. Lets wee can we find any solution for this, dont worry, I had never revealed / I wont reveal anyone's identity. Very few people talk about this.

They mention selection Ratio for phase 1 to phase 2 is 1:15 but in reality they call 1:12 to 1:13, I am expecting more candidates this year.
Sometimes for OBC SC ST PH the interview ratio is higher like 1:4 or 1:5.
