In the past also I have told you about lot of foreign education and job opportunities and many RBI and UPSC aspirants have left India for studies or for job and now they are happy.

India’s judiciary faces significant scrutiny due to the prevalence of familial ties among its judges. Research indicates that one out of every three judges is related to another judge, leading to a system controlled by approximately 350 families over the past 70 years. About 50% of high court judges and 33% of Supreme Court judges come from families already entrenched in the judiciary. This nepotism is attributed to the collegium system established in the 1990s, which monopolizes judicial appointments, favoring relatives of prominent legal figures.

Critics argue that the system’s opaqueness perpetuates a legacy of judicial appointments based on lineage. Notable examples include current Supreme Court judges whose fathers served as judges, such as Chief Justice D.Y. Chandrachud and Justice K.M. Joseph. Other prominent judges with judicial family backgrounds include Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice B.V. Nagarathna, and Justice P.S. Narasimha.

The judiciary’s lack of accountability to the public and parliament, unlike the legislative and executive branches, raises concerns. The appointments are made by the President, but there’s no clear reporting mechanism. This β€œundeclared reservation” of familialism calls for urgent judicial reforms to ensure a more transparent and accountable system.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯Read Point Number 4: In RBI, there are 4 types of eating places.
1. For Assistants / Attendants
2. For Grade A, B and C
3. For Grade D / E
4. For Grade F and above
(I have observed this during my stint, present situation I don’t know, I think it’s still there, if it’s not someone can update me about it.)

In India elitist culture is there which was started by Britishers, now they have adopted equal setting for all. But we are still in British Era mostly in government erring and IAS IPS services is best example of it.

As Indians we all like such different type of treatment that’s why we want to enter Class 1 or super Class 1 Services to show our other countrymen that see we are elite class.πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

#Socialmedia addiction is so high that most of these trainee or serving #IAS / #IPS / #IRS officers spend more time on social media than on their actual work.
In #UPSC exam preparation, many people have studied it, the #administration is #FACELESS, which means the system is doing the work and no single person is responsible for it, No IAS or IPS or IRS officer should take credit of anything and they credit is taken by the minister or #MP or #MLA because he is the representative of the people.
But in reality, the opposite is happening.
If we remove this part from administrative jobs, then 78-80% of people will leave preparation. Most people want to show off their work on social media or #printmedia and #NewsChannels.

Thanks to RBI / NABARD / SEBI , such activities have already been banned for RBI officers and employees; otherwise, some of them have also planned to do this.
