बनने के बाद आपको ऐसे sessions conduct करने पड़ते है (Not comulsory but voluntary, if you want to make good impression then its good opportunity, I have consucted many such sessions for higher officials like DGMs also).
During Induction training also you have to give presentations and to do book reviews etc kind of activities.
Don't think that life will be very easy after getting into RBI, you have to perform daily, have to study and learn all relevant circulars and have to use it in your job. Your first promotion depends on your performance affairal report, if it's not good then you will take 8-9-10 years also to get promoted.

After travelling to 10+ countries and living in India’s 20+ big cities, I have realised that our native place / state is the best place where we like to live and like to work and our best performance comes here only.
But very few people can do this because of lack of financial resources or less awareness about how to earn money by living at our home town, once you explore this our life becomes enjoyable from all aspects of life.
On whole social media very few people talk about this, that’s why in मजबूरी most of the people are living in other cities and that to in transferable job after every 4-5 years! It’s very painful to change settled life after every 4-5 years. You are not only de-settling you but your children, your spouse, your parents and everything!
