β Women's Economic Empowerment :- for inclusive economic growth
β Self Written :- [ @TargetDescriptive]
β Women's economic empowerment is contric to ensuring full rights and gender equality. Women's empowerment stands for equal participation of women in existing markets, trade practices, and access to holding authoritive control over production units and major economic institutions.
β Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), particularly Goal 5 for gender equality and Goal 8 for equal economic opportunity and decent work for all, as well as empowering women in the economy and closing gender gaps through economic participation, are key SDG agenda items for 2030.
β Women's economic empowerment boosts productivity ,economic diversification, and income equality and also a notable boom in the economy .
β According to the UN, estimated gender gaps cost the economy 15% of GDP, and in India, a growing population causes some concern about family income stability, but when more women are involved, the economy grows at a faster rate.
β Today, fewer women show a willingness to hold key scientific positions in economic institutions. Several barriers prevent them from participating and contributing to the nation as well as to their career growth.
β As per recent IMF projection, India is now the 5th largest and one of the fastest growing economy in the world. Such projections indicate how India is moving with its gender inclusive policy that not only strengthens our economy but also empowers women .
β Earlier, the government has taken some revolutionary decisions in terms of pershing gender disparity ,certain economic empowering schemes like Mahila E-Haat, for women entrepreneurs to use technology and sell products on an online platforms, STEP (Support to Training and Employment Program for Women),upskilling and reskilling the female workforce,Mahila Shakti Kendras (MSK), etc.
β In recent years, Women empowerment has received more attention. Several non-governmental organisations (NGOs) have launched initiatives to educate our female population about their rights and assist them in achieving financial stability.
β Statistically, India has done well in terms of economic growth, GDP ,literacy rate ,offering rural connectivity, 100% electrification, and banking in remote areas. Economic indicators are improving, but some of the core aspects have remained untouched by the newspaper headlines and media reports.

π«₯What should an Essay comprise of?
Essay is a short piece of writing on a particular topic. Essays are error free in terms or grammar and spelling and also follow a structure and have a flow of ideas. Following is a basic ideal essay structure:
β Introduction:
Should contain brief introduction of the topic and background. Mention your view before elaborating it in the body of the essay.
β Body:
Used to present views on the subject in detailed manner. Restrict this to 2 or 3 paragraphs. Detail out examples to support your view. Put forth your strongest argument first followed by second strongest and so on. Each paragraph can contain one idea and sentences supporting it.
β Conclusion:
Summarize your main argument using strongest evidences that support it. Donβt introduce a new idea here. Restate your main view, but do not use the same words used in the body.
Itβs important that you plan your essay before you type it out. Spend a few minutes on planning and think about what youβre going to write instead of starting immediately. Suppose you have 15 minutes, spend 5 minutes planning, 8 minutes writing and 2 minutes revising/editing.
