⬛️Hi folks! Thanks to our @talkschat I have got a great topic to share with you.
The topic is fear.
There're different terms to describe it like anxiety, panic etc, but we won't go deep into language.
All of us experience it. For millions of years fear helped us to survive, but sometimes fear could be damaging for our life.
As always, I like to go deeper into topic and watched plenty of videos to figure out what would be the most useful to share with y'all.
Unfortunately I couldn't find 1 single talk which answers all of my questions convincingly. So I'm going to Break in down.
- 1st we need to understand fear. For this purpose I'd like to refer to speaker I've already shared with you previously- Sadhguru;
- 2nd. Ok now we understand fear, but we understood it only at conscious level. We need some simple techniques to help us to snap back into confident mood quickly;
- 3rd. Lastly we need to get inspired to work on ourselves continuously.
P.s I have been preparing this post for over 2 weeks already, but as it turns out this topic is quite complex and poorly covered in YouTube in my opinion. So don't judge this compilation too strictly 🙏. https://youtu.be/K7hYf0yIK5w

Troubled by Fear? Just Change Your Channel! - Sadhguru
Sadhguru looks at the nature of fear and answers a question on how to overcome fear. He explains how fear arises because of excessive imagination. Instead of producing "horror movies" in our mind, produce a comedy, a love story or a suspense thriller, he…
2nd Video. Steps to overcome fear. Let's take one type of fear- fear of heights, look at the ways it could be overcome and use similar logic for other types of fear. ◼ Hi Folks! It's time for our 3rd video of the Fear Series 👹 i've started recently. For this I would like to share with you story about a man who conquered the type of fear most of us have - fear of heights. His name is Alex Honnold and he climbs mountains without any safety rope. Even watching him climb on video makes me nervous 😁. This surely knows how to control his fear. Check this guy out! https://youtu.be/KA_yBSw1-8M

Wow! Every major Russian journalist talks about Telegram. The fact that government did not block it in Russia, made a lot of people happy. Whatever it was, it gave telegram nice advertising😉👍
◼ Hey Folks! It's Sunday and I want to share with You a very inspiring Talk (at least for me). The speaker is one of my favorite movie directors - Guy Ritchie ! His movies “Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels” and "Snatch" are modern classics.
Guy has a very interesting personality and next TALK I'd like to share with you is a piece form Joe Rogan podcast. I suggest you to check out the whole podcast if you have time, it's one of the best interviews I have ever seen, which opens up this talented director from the angles which other interviews were not able to (thanks to Joe for that!) and by the end of interview you realize how much both of them were enjoying this conversation so that they both have lost track of time.
The piece i'm sharing is about being the master of your own kingdom and in essence this is what all of the gurus, coaches and philosophers talk but Guy being the great storyteller opens topic up in a very visual way with an example of owning a suit. I wish ya'll to became a Masters of Your Your Own Kingdom!
Enjoy! https://youtu.be/rd3yeX1-SaM
