The key difference between this issuance mechanism and traditional methods is that the price starts from 0. From the very beginning of the project, the price is discovered organically, rather than through promotional hype that artificially inflates the IPO price before launching and profiting off retail investors.

Issuing tokens, like issuing stocks, will inevitably attract speculators. This is part of the price discovery process, which is both unavoidable and necessary.

As a result, retail investors are more willing to participate in this mechanism compared to traditional exchange-based systems.
