You can take action too!

April 26 (Reuters) - Pfizer Inc (PFE.N) and its partner BioNTech SE said on Tuesday that they had submitted an application to the U.S. health regulator for the authorization of a booster dose of their COVID-19 vaccine for children aged 5 to 11 years.

REMDESIVIR IS TOXIC

It was first developed and tested for use in treating Ebola virus infection (1).

NIAID halted the Ebola trial early, on August 9, 2019. Within 28 days, subjects taking Remdesivir had lethal side effects including multiple organ failure, acute kidney failure, septic shock, and hypotension, and 54% of the Remdesivir group died—the highest mortality rate among the four experimental drugs tested (2, 3).

NIH's safety review board deemed Remdesivir unacceptably toxic (2).

If this drug is too toxic to treat Ebola virus infection, a disease with a fatality rate up to 90%, how would it be safe for treatment of any other disease?!

In April 2020, the Lancet published a placebo-controlled Chinese study that showed Remdesivir was utterly ineffective at keeping COVID-19 hospitalized patients alive OR reducing the duration of hospitalizations. Adverse events were reported in 102 (66%) of 155 Remdesivir recipients versus 50 (64%) of 78 placebo recipients. Remdesivir was stopped early because of adverse events in 18 (12%) patients versus four (5%) patients who stopped placebo early (4).

Fauci declared Remdesivir would be America’s new “standard of care” for COVID-19.

On May 1, 2020 the FDA granted the pandemic’s first Emergency Use Authorization for a COVID-19 drug, allowing Remdesivir treatments for patients hospitalized with severe COVID-19 (5).

In the WHO’s trial published in October 2020, Remdesivir failed to reduce mortality and failed to reduce the need for ventilators OR the length of hospital stays. WHO researchers found no detectable benefits from Remdesivir and recommended against its use in COVID-19 patients (6).

Like COVID-19—Remdesivir causes extreme toxicity to lungs and kidneys, and mimics several of the other lethal symptoms of COVID-19, including multi-organ failure.

Remdesivir cost Gilead $10 per dose to manufacture (7).
Given intravenously it costs $3100 for a course of treatment (8).

Dr. McCullough gives us a stark and clear summary: “Remdesivir has two problems. First, it doesn’t work. Second, it is toxic and it kills people.”

REMDESIVIR IN INFANTS

On April 25, the FDA expanded the approval of the COVID-19 treatment Veklury (remdesivir) to include pediatric patients 28 days of age and older weighing at least 3 kilograms (about 7 pounds) with positive results of direct SARS-CoV-2 viral testing, who are:

Hospitalized, or

Not hospitalized and have mild-to-moderate COVID-19 and are at high risk for progression to severe COVID-19, including hospitalization or death (1).

Limited data is available on use in children and proper dosing is unknown.

A study was underway and will not be completed until February 2023 (2).

The trial is being conducted by Gilead, the developer of remdesivir (3).

This is a single-arm, open-label design study meaning it has no control group, making it impossible to compare its effectiveness against standard of care. Open-label means participants and investigators were aware they were receiving the drug, making it impossible to separate placebo from drug effect.

The COVID-19 genetic vaccines are based on different delivery methods than traditional vaccines. In the less than 2 years since the COVID-19 genetic vaccines have been administered globally, there is striking data indicating there are higher risks associated with this new vaccine technology (1-4). Regulatory agencies are moving to start treating the SARS-CoV-2 virus similar to the flu with an annual vaccine schedule (5); however, it is clear that not all vaccines are created equal.

Consider this before your next booster!

Humans are made for relationships and connection.

During the last two years, we were told to 'social distance'. People were unable to visit family, loved ones in hospitals, elderly in care homes or gather in groups. Those who tested positive were made to self-isolate from others (1).

Research has shown that loneliness has a direct impact on heart and respiration rates as well as our immune system.

Loneliness is a form of stress that depresses the immune system.

"Loneliness induces a chronic low-level inflammatory response where levels of cortisol and other stress hormones may be higher," says Dr. McCullough, MD, PhD, chair of neurology at the UT McGovern Medical School and chief of neurology at Memorial Hermann Hospital.

A 2018 study revealed that loneliness can have, "the same impact on mortality as smoking fifteen cigarettes a day." (4)
