Phases of Clinical Trials
PRECLINICAL
The drug or treatment is tested first in the laboratory, then in animals. Preclinical studies are important for eliminating potential vaccines that are either toxic or do not induce protective immune responses.
Length of Study: up to 10 years
PHASE 1
The purpose of Phase 1 is to ensure that the treatment is safe in humans and to determine how and where it distributes within the body. This testing takes place with a small group of healthy volunteers, usually 15 to 50.
Length of Study: Several months
PHASE 2
The purpose of a Phase 2 Clinical Trial is to determine the right dosage and effectiveness in treating that particular disease. This testing takes place with a larger number of volunteers who have the disease, up to 100.
Length of Study: Several months to 2 years

A 12-year-old boy dies 5 days after receiving his C0V1D genetic vaccine. He died of septic shock and Meningococcal meningitis.
Genetic vaccines were approved by the FDA for emergency authorization use on children ages 5 and older over, with booster now being recommended.
As of January 28, 2022, the death of 91 children aged 0-18 have been recorded in VA3RS in relation to the C0V1D genetic vaccines (1). Children have higher death rates in car crashes than from C0V1D. (2)
